McMinnville, Tennessee is located a few miles from Chattanooga, so it has everything to offer. From the architecture to the food to the stores, there is even a library.
If you’re looking for a quaint, small town, McMinnville is definitely not for you. Its population is too small, and it’s only three miles from downtown Chattanooga. But if you have to be near a larger city, McMinnville has some of the best restaurants in the country. This is due to the fact that its downtown, which is surrounded by a wide-open, grassy park, is a lot more casual than the rest of town.
Its downtown has a lively, outdoor space with a couple of bars, a food court, and a couple of restaurants. Its middle-class neighborhoods are much more quiet and residential than the rest of town, and it has a couple of great restaurants. But as far as the rest of town is concerned, McMinnville is a pretty boring place.
The problem here is that despite having some of the best restaurants and dining spots around, the rest of the town is much more boring than McMinnville. McMinnville has a ton of parks and trees and nice big-ass houses, which allow the rest of the town to have a little more charm. However, the rest of town is not an excuse to keep going out to eat all night; it’s often a bad idea.
