I was thinking of becoming a member of this gym for awhile. I came in for a trial period and couldn’t remember when it ended. Apparently the contract ended the day before, because the guy who signed me up came looking for me. He was really rude to me and even TEXTED me after I left! After arguing with me via text I decided to end the conversation.

He was very rude to me and I will never go back or even consider a membership to Gold’s Gym again. I only use the gym occasionally when I pass through San Angelo. But it has a great variety of equipment and is always clean.
After contacting several gym employees I still haven’t received an answer. Overall terrible customer service and they really only care about the money. TruFit is the best gym in San Angelo if you ask me. They have more free-weights and exercise machines than anyone in town.
