As a newly-minted Grey aesthetic homeowner, I know that I have to think about my bedroom more. I have always put the emphasis on what I want and on doing less than what is expected or expected. So, I needed to change my approach. I am a planner and I want to have a room that I can see myself living in for the rest of my life. As such, I needed to get rid of the clutter that I have grown to dislike.
It sounds ridiculous but when you’re in the midst of a renovation you will find that much of your room clutter is usually from the furniture you didn’t use and the things you didn’t even know you had. We have a lot of gray in our house and I figured it was time to get rid of it too.
So, I got rid of our old, dark, boring, ugly kitchen. I cleaned our new, neutral, bright, beautiful, beautiful kitchen (which is really just a white, neutral kitchen). I bought new kitchen cabinets and installed them myself, and the living room is basically an extension of that kitchen. And the bathroom is actually the same space as the kitchen and is now much smaller. I love it.
I’m sure most of you have had this type of problem before, but I had one about 3 years ago. It was a hard thing to tackle because you had to choose between removing your existing walls or upgrading your existing walls. For me, the former option was the more practical solution because it would give me a chance to remodel the existing walls and make them look good.
I agree that this sort of renovation is very difficult, but the truth is, if you can’t make the existing walls look good, you can’t really change anything else. The same applies to the bathroom as well. You can either replace the existing bathroom fixtures (which you can do yourself) or you can get a contractor to do it for you.
A good remodeler will always prefer to do the work yourself. A bad remodeler will always prefer to hire a contractor. But even if you are a bad remodeler, you can still remodel the existing furniture and fittings that you currently have. I know this because I had a friend take me to a good remodeler to build furniture.

A good remodeler will always choose a good fabric for this project because it makes the room look better. A bad remodeler will always choose cheap fabric for this project because it costs less to remodel. I know this because I saw a horrible remodeler and then I ended up on a bad remodeler’s website saying that they don’t even seem to have a website.
In general my experience with remodelers is that they like to use cheap as possible materials, but they also like to use good-quality materials. A good remodeler would do a good job with the furniture they have available, but a bad remodeler would do a bad job with what they have available.
I have to agree with you on this. I have seen some very nice and expensive furniture, but I have never seen a good remodeler. I think this is because a good remodeler does a good job with the furniture they have. However, my experience with remodelers is that they like to find out the details of the furniture they have available and then go out and buy it. They are not there to make a quick buck.
