Another problem with the government is that for once in his life, John Galt has become the government. He is a bureaucrat, which means he is doing everything that the government has asked of him. You can tell this because his office looks like a generic office in the city that he lives in. There are a bunch of generic cubicles all over the place. When he gets to work, he will sit down at his desk and do whatever the government asks of him.
