I was actually still pulling my little suitcase out of my car when the shuttle pulled up. He got me to the airport in plenty of time. However, the driver waited very patiently for me. Seems like you had a frustrating evening. All in all, Fast Park’s service during this was nothing but first class all the way around!
We provide the best value and easy access to the Humble Civic Center and downtown Houston. Once you return there is almost always a shuttle outside of the terminal and if not they are generally quick to pick you up and it’s never a long weight. The manager there, Lorenzo botello, is great ! Answers my questions almost immediately via email both times. I am very pleased w everything w fastpark. Worst vase scenario, you may wait a few minutes.
So, I’ve used Air Park a good handful of times, and so I finally Unilocaled them. But then, upon my return to my beloved Htown, I was let down by my trusty Air Park. + minutes, and then you will go to all the terminals. Also, we got to one terminal and the driver deicded to get out and look for the person who had called.
I guess they forget the point of the groupon is to attract new customers to impress them to use their service again. Otherwise, they did as said and everything worked out fine, but I will not use them at full price ever. Polite, but consistently longer waits at the terminal. Routinely you will watch two or three buses from other companies go by while you wait for one from fastpark. Fastpark used to be cheaper but they’ve raised prices twice recently.

Times to and from the airport are noticeably faster than other shuttle services, there is complimentary water when you leave, and service is great.
