My main responsibility was customer service and the simple maintenance of the slot machines. I learned a lot about teamwork through the use of radios and organization. The management was an amazing support system while learning the ropes and in any challenge I faced.
People will yell and cuss at you for taking their money, but they will also be some of the nicest people you ever meet. Has a lot of benefits regarding heathcare etc. great starting pay , and great promotional opportunities. You have to learn how to maintain a register for diesel pumps and regular pumps along with store items. I worked in the count room at the casino.
Made many life long connections here. The girls who manage the cage are not great. Other areas at the casino and other managers seem to be better. Supervisors in the cage are awesome.
Some of the co-workers had to be supervised a little bit closer. Co-workers from other departments didn’t always show the best of respect, and some showed very much gratitude. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with individuals that was highly motivated.
Working at Firelake Grand Casino was a great opportunity. I loved working with all the managers and employees. The management was always on point, great people. What I learned from working at this don’t wash dishes where you angry poop job was that I could do more than I actually thought I could. The hardest part was dealing with upset customers, the most enjoyable part was working with my other employees, and managers.

Hardest part of the job is the hours and not getting the right information from the supervisors!! Most enjoyable is some of the co-workers and some patrons. Very fast paced, always staying bust with eaiter cleaning organizing the room and helping customers. Its a good place to work I am just needing full-time. Managers create an unhealthy working environment.
