I was considering joining this gym but after a brief time I had with the employees and its management, I will not be returning. Min wasted and another day I haven’t been able to workout. This is quickly becoming the worst gyms I’ve ever been to sweat patch drug test detection period and I’ve been going to gyms for years. Day notice, but to pay the full amount makes no sense to me. Am and my kids complained that the caregivers were not kind and short tempered. The industry in which EOS Fitness – Avondale operates is gym.

EōS has a wide variety of amenities, including group fitness classes, cycling classes, personal and sm… It’s not a huge deal, but if your job entails customer service then it should at least be subpar. Other than that, I think the gym is great. My personal experience has been good thus far and I recommend. Always ridiculously packed no matter what time of day it is. No parking hardly ever unless you want to park in the gravel.
Never a smile or greeting when entering the gym or leaving. Seriously considering canceling my membership. Are you the owner of this company?
On June 18, 2015 my wife called to cancel the membership and was told that due to a required 30 notice, one more $15.95 payment would be deducted on July 15. This was wrong because my wife had no interest in being a member for a full month following July 15, so at most, a pro-rated 3 day charge should have applied. Around July 18, I noticed that $54.95 had been deducted from my account by EOS Fitness.
I don’t have a membership but my friend does and i am able to go and workout with her. I am now going to get a membership because of how great this gym is. Everytime I go in I’m greeted by the lovely receptionist Nicole with great enthusiasm! Every part of the staff is always very helpful and informative on how to stay healthy and fit. I have tried to call membership services many times to cancel, and each employee that I spoke to gave me different information. Now when I call, I am redirected to another line where I do not even have the option to speak to a person.
Ms. Aleman claimed that she didn’t have the authority to replace the money back into our bank account. She promised to contact her District Manager, Duane Adair and tell him our concerns. She assured me that on the following day, I would be contacted by Mr. Adair, herself, or both. The next morning, July 21, Ms. Aleman called and said that she had spoken to the district manager and told him my concerns.
Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a new gym family! Great layout and selection of machines and weights. Staff is wonderful and responsible! I see them walking the gym re-racking weights, cleaning equipment, picking up trash etc. and they are always helpful. The gym unfortunately is usually pretty crowded but it’s bearable.
