Well, we are definitely not the only ones to make use of this. This is a new trend in the dining world, where the restaurant is serving leftovers and not using them. I was surprised to see this buffet as part of the site, as it’s a pretty new type of recipe that I hadn’t even heard of (and in fact have never seen in a restaurant before). So I’m glad to see this has become a popular one. I can’t wait to see how it turns out.
