College football can be a very competitive environment. Thats for sure, but not always. There are many colleges that have a very strong team culture, where the team itself is very important to the players and the coaches. And there are also some that don’t have a strong team culture. This is not to say that some have weak teams, but there are some in the SEC that have a weak team culture. This is because of the conference structure.

Thats because they are not part of the BCS conference, where a conference is responsible for the selection of the team that is to represent that conference at the BCS National Championship. This is why several schools have left the conference, and why I’m not even sure the SEC will survive. I would love to see some of these schools leave the conference and move to the ACC, but I doubt it will happen. The SEC is a BCS conference, but for the most part, it isn’t.
