What can you do with our technology today that you can’t do before it’s made? Take the auto industry, for example. When we make cars and trucks, we don’t think about how they will be used. We just build them, right? And when it comes to the internet, you can’t build it. The only things we can build are the things we can’t build before it’s made.

This is part of why most tech companies fail; they cant build it. A lot of the time, a company does something that they know they cant build, like the internet, but it still gets built.
