I’m not going to get into the science of what microbes are, but I will talk about how I think they can help us make food more delicious. I live in the Midwestern United States, and I’m a Midwesterner. We have a long way to go before we get there. It’s not that I believe we are all going to make a breakthrough tomorrow. I just think there is a lot more to this than some scientists are saying.

The first step is to develop a better understanding of what happens in the digestive tract. We know that bacteria eat the food they digest, so what we need to do is figure out how to kill these bugs before they can do that. After that, we can start experimenting with new ways to make the food we eat better. If we can get things that eat the same bugs.

I don’t know if I’ll ever get used to this idea, but I’m very excited to learn more about the digestive system. It’s pretty cool. But I’m also very concerned that the digestive system is the only place in the world where we are exposed to so much disease. So if we can figure out ways to kill bacteria and other microbes, that may well be the most important thing we do.
