Even though this company is still a small company, the location of its HQ makes it a prime candidate for any of our business partners to relocate to.
In the past, we’ve had great success finding our partners in the Gateway Corridor. We have one company that just moved down from the area and are looking at a huge new location for their headquarters. Another company has decided to make the move, and another is in the process of doing so. And the third is just getting the paperwork in order so they can move their offices from Redmond to Seattle.
The reason we can’t move from Redmond to Seattle is because we are so busy with our office and their new HQ that it’s not even worth it to move. If we’re not working for the company, we won’t be able to move our offices from Redmond to Seattle.
