In addition, many doctors and other professionals work as pharmacists and can sometimes be hired to work more flexible hours.

In order for them to be successful, they have to be able to work flexible hours, but they need to learn how to do it in a way that isnt so stressful on the employee and also not so costly for the company.
Pharmacy technology has changed drastically over the years, but it definitely hasn’t kept pace with the times. When I was a kid, I remember the pharmacy I went to was just a tiny little room with a few machines and a bunch of shelves. Now I think it is a small office building with a few machines and a handful of shelves.
