This is one of the most common reasons that I’ve found that I’m not only interested in technology (I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve been asked, “Why do you want to learn this?”) but also a kind of self-confidence.
I think the reason I enjoy technology so much is that it makes me self-aware. It makes me aware of myself, which allows me to take better care of myself. I also think that the fact I enjoy technology makes it a good platform to build my life on. Ive always been taught to make plans and do things rather than just going with the flow. Ive learned to do things with purpose and to work towards a goal.
The fact that my friends are already trying to track the shipwreck in their backyard, or that the entire shipwreck is in my backyard is a good thing. It’s like my husband always tells me that he’ll be on vacation when I’m on vacation.
The people who work with technology are often the smartest people in the world. Being able to leverage that to your advantage is a great thing. I can see myself using this knowledge to help me reach my goals and help people who are struggling in their lives to realize that they can do anything they want, whenever they want.
