This turquoise bookshelf was made for me as a birthday gift. It is a combination of my favorite prints, books, and the turquoise tile that sits on top. As a gift, I was surprised how much I wanted to use it for my bookshelf.
I have a lot of bookshelves. For all the shelves, I never know what to put on it and end up with nothing useful. So I can’t really tell you what to put on your bookshelf. I’ve made my own bookshelf before, but I find it difficult to get anything with the bookshelf I made really organized. I don’t have a lot of photos of bookshelves.

I love this idea, but I don’t think it’s practical because it would take up a lot of floor space. Instead, you could use a small table, or even a small countertop, then use your bookcase as a stand for one or more framed art prints.
My bookcase is a bit unconventional, but I love it. It has an old-timey feel to it, so it’s very easy to use as a bookcase and it has a nice vintage vibe to it. I’ll take them to the library, but I don’t want to get rid of them because I love looking through them. I’m in the process of creating a series of small bookshelves that will each hold one book, and I’d love to add them to my home library too.
