This is a list of the three levels of self-awareness that you can take on a day. Most of us need to think about the level of self-awareness, and it’s very important to think about how we can be better at self-aware.

“Self-awareness” is a very broad term, and it can be difficult for people to get the concept of self-awareness. For example, if you feel like you’re having a bad day, and your therapist tells you to think about all your negative thoughts, then that’s self-awareness.
